Refund Policy
1. Subscription Refunds
The CompoundMiner subscription is billed monthly at $149.95 USD. Because each invoice immediately allocates four (4) NerdMiner V2 hardware units, completed monthly invoices are generally non-refundable.
2. 7-Day First-Month Guarantee
If you cancel within 7 days of your first successful subscription invoice AND your hardware has not yet shipped, you are entitled to a full refund of that first invoice. Email support@bitcoinlotteryminer.online from the address on your account to claim it.
3. Hardware Defects
NerdMiner V2 units are covered for manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. We will replace defective units at no cost. Hardware damage caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorized firmware is not covered.
4. Cancellation Going Forward
You may cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — no refund is issued for the partial unused period, but you will not be billed again.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first before filing a chargeback — we resolve almost every issue within 48 hours. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
6. Subscription Pause Policy
If your subscription is canceled, you may reactivate it at any time. No refunds are issued for prior paid invoices.
