Terms of Service

By creating an account or subscribing to CompoundMiner (the “Service”), operated at www.bitcoinlotteryminer.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CompoundMiner is a monthly subscription that ships four (4) NerdMiner V2 solo Bitcoin lottery miner devices per billing cycle. The subscription price is $149.95 USD per month and is billed via Stripe.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By subscribing, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Active subscribers receive four (4) NerdMiner V2 units per billing cycle, a real-time hardware dashboard, customer support, and access to community resources. The hardware is shipped to the address on file.

Each active monthly subscription includes the allocation of four (4) NerdMiner V2 units per cycle. Hardware is shipped to the address on file. Stock, shipping timelines, and import duties may vary by region. Cycle-1 hardware ships within 5-7 business days of your first successful invoice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges occur after cancellation.

You may not: (a) misrepresent the Service to other prospective subscribers, (b) make earnings guarantees, (c) use deceptive marketing, (d) abuse access via bot traffic or unauthorized automation, or (e) violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

Past results do not guarantee future results. Solo Bitcoin lottery mining is statistically improbable on any given block. No income is guaranteed. The Service is the delivery of solo lottery mining hardware on a subscription basis — any Bitcoin block reward you may receive depends entirely on your devices winning a real solo lottery shot.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompoundMiner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
